Great place for relaxing and sunbathing
Great design of the hotel, beautiful pools and territory. Dinner changes selection every night. Lots of space to relax.
The towels in the room were small and not soft. Breakfast and dinner buffet is made in a straight line so people often pile up and its hard to see/get food.

We enjoyed our stay
Very nice, we enjoyed. We booked the room with a poll just in front but in the calmer area so it was good for us. Buffet is good Pools are great.
If you love smaller hotels that maybe this is not the right fit for you.

Stunning main pool with beautiful gardens at superb location in Meloneras
- best location near the beach, restaurants and shops - beautiful gardens - stunning main infinity pool
- cat like sand around main pool area was uncomfortable to walk on - hotel should manage the issue with people reserving pool sun chairs by placing their towels but not using them for long times (ie - before going to breakfast etc.), not enough sun chairs available in general - half board restaurant: arrangement of food stalls should be organised differently to manage crowds better - payment system with arm chip leads to errors as employees do not properly check/validate, staff does not seem to care - main pool bar service could be enhanced, long waiting times with no service, people actually sat waiting for service being ignored and left again - it appears that there were a lot of trainees working in the main restaurant, sometimes we had to remove our own dishes - booking service via hotel app does not work, we were a group of 8 and everytime had to wait for a table to be ready eventhough we booked in advance, clearly the booking only serves the purpose of meal calculations
